founded in 1982 to provide consultancy and software development

THE PEOPLE
Mathew Antony,
an engineer with over twenty-five years of experience in the application
of software technology to problem solving in engineering, agriculture
and business. Was Principal Engineer in charge of engineering
applications for a leading multinational. His experience in successful
management of several software organisations enables rapid assessment
of computing needs and realistic consideration of software development
expectations.
Mani Pulimood, a lawyer and
Information Management Specialist, who has a successful track
record of turning around sick industries by the application of
sound information systems and interventionist strategies. His
incisive analysis of the problems plaguing an industry and his
vision in formulating a recovery strategy has earned him the gratitude
of several industrial concerns and their top management.
Liza Paul heads the Documentation
and Quality Control sections of Softscan. She has several years
of experience in elaborating the documentation needs of information
systems, applications, and organisational workflow. She has experience
of implementing quality control in software systems and software
development projects, and also the successful commissioning and
implementation of software solutions at the client's sites. An
engineer by profession, she controls the preparation of training
and tutorial manuals, and help documents.
Softscan Corporation maintains
a small core of three more permanent staff to ensure that the
high professional standards offered are maintained and upgraded.
It calls upon the services of other professionals to undertake
other aspects of software development, always keeping with itself
the key functions of business understanding, project management,
documentation and quality assurance.
